The host, Francesca, was very personable and accommodating. She provided our transportation to and from the train station and answered all of our questions. Her dog keeps the guests company at the villa in the mornings and he is so cute. The Villa was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We loved staying in Colico which had minimal tourism compared to other places on the lake. It was the most relaxing stay we could have had in Lake Como!

If you want to stay in a place where you will immediately feel at home, and at the same time enjoy a new, modern, clean place equipped with care and comfort - then this is the place for you. Stefy and Jossef opened the accommodation recently, as an addition to the restaurant that has been in their family for generations, where we enjoyed both the breakfasts and the dinners very much. It is obvious that hospitality is part of them and they enjoy it. Add to all this goodness the setting of Lake Como and beautiful nearby towns like Varenna from where you can take a cruise to Bellagio and other towns on the lake , and who wanted to leave ? There is air conditioning in the rooms , there is convenient parking, there are blinds to darken the room for a good night's sleep, there is a well-equipped kitchenette in a family-type apartment, and the other rooms, the double and the single, are also very comfortable. Our family consisted of 7 people in 4 rooms, from children to adults, and of all the places we stayed in Italy, we all agreed that this was the place we enjoyed the most and we will definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for everything Stefy and Jossef and the whole extended family and we hope to see you again soon !

I had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s place. She was kind, caring, and very attentive, always happy to help with any questions I had. The apartment was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was great. It was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay again if I had the chance. Highly recommended!

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. There was complimentary tea and croissants. The host picked us up from the train station, which was very kind and helpful. There was also a little terrace we could use. And Luna, Luna was wonderful. You will have to book this property to find out who Luna is ;)

This hotel is perfectly located and the rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. We were on the top floor and the rooms are on the compact size but have a balcony which is a bonus. Full wifi and aircon. Would definitely go back.
