The property has been updated recently and was so clean, amazing central Como location, and stocked with coffee and toiletries. Ale, the owner and property manager, was so incredible to work with! He immediately reached out after we booked to see if there was anything he could help with to make our stay easier….restaurant recommendations, etc. We are a family of 8 and rented the entire property (4 rooms with a shared family room). It was perfect and in a safe location with easy walking to cafes, restaurants, and the lake. We will definitely come back with our family and stay at this incredible property! Thank you Ale for the cherished memories with our family!

Where to begin? Sant'Agata - named after the neighborhood where this gorgeous house is located - is a model of style and hospitality. Stéphane was so warm and welcoming, even before I arrived, as we communicated about my check-in time, and then of course in person as well. Everything in the home is carefully thought-out, from the convenient elevator in the beautiful stairwell, to the hot drink you're offered upon arrival, to the choice of soft or firm pillows on the bed. Although I only was able to stay for one night, Stéphane was kind enough to write out a list of personalized restaurant recommendations (and map them out too) - his suggestion of Il Carrettiere was appreciated. My top-floor room was wonderfully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience catered to my wishes and was covid-safe (Stéphane only allowed a certain number of guests to dine at the same time). I'm still dreaming of the delicious locally sourced pastries, homemade bread, jams, and local cheeses that were offered to me that morning. I had to depart in a hurry to catch the train to the airport and I didn't have much time to explore Como, but I absolutely will stay here again, with pleasure, if I have the opportunity to return. Grazie mille!

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 nights stay at Mariarosa Suites. We stayed in the loft suite, which was very spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean! Our host left lovely little extras to welcome us, and there was plenty of information available on the surrounding area, recommendations on places to eat etc. Mariarosa Suites are situated in the perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Como, only 5 minutes walk from the lake. I cannot recommend this place enough - we will definitely return in the future!

The location was great , very near from Como Lake. Th room was gorgeous. It has a Nexpresso with great coffee and delicious chocolates. The room was very, very clean. Alexandra was very polite. We got lost and she went to find us. The place is very charming. I want to live there. Como is a beautiful place.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, a true gem! Located very well, just a few minutes walking from the lake front, yet calm and private. the food is wonderful and the staff extremely helpful and kind. highly recommend!
