The room was nicely clean. Soft and crisp sheets, 2 choices of pillows. Perfect location for us as we drove there and there’s a nearby free parking spot. The breakfast was nice as well. I would come back.

The villa itself is beautiful, covered by the owners paintings and sculptures. It is the best possible getaway for someone looking to enjoy a quiet, peaceful, idyllic getaway and truly disconnect. I cannot say nearly enough good things about the staff and how well we were taken care of; the whole family cannot wait to visit again. They were kind, attentive, and showed us around every little thing. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, we enjoyed family time in the garden and Argegno was only a 20 minute drive away. The drive itself is beautiful but steep; much easier in a smaller car and for novice drivers, please drive slowly and carefully.

Set in the center of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 2625 feet from the main square.

Extremely polite, understanding, friendly and kind host and staff. The communication was very clear for check-in and anything else. Lovely breakfast. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. Bathroom arrangement is also good. I will be coming back here when I come back for the next trip.

The property has been updated recently and was so clean, amazing central Como location, and stocked with coffee and toiletries. Ale, the owner and property manager, was so incredible to work with! He immediately reached out after we booked to see if there was anything he could help with to make our stay easier….restaurant recommendations, etc. We are a family of 8 and rented the entire property (4 rooms with a shared family room). It was perfect and in a safe location with easy walking to cafes, restaurants, and the lake. We will definitely come back with our family and stay at this incredible property! Where to begin? Sant'Agata - named after the neighborhood where this gorgeous house is located - is a model of style and hospitality. Stéphane was so warm and welcoming, even before I arrived, as we communicated about my check-in time, and then of course in person as well. Everything in the home is carefully thought-out, from the convenient elevator in the beautiful stairwell, to the hot drink you're offered upon arrival, to the choice of soft or firm pillows on the bed. Although I only was able to stay for one night, Stéphane was kind enough to write out a list of personalized restaurant recommendations (and map them out too) - his suggestion of Il Carrettiere was appreciated. My top-floor room was wonderfully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience catered to my wishes and was covid-safe (Stéphane only allowed a certain number of guests to dine at the same time). I'm still dreaming of the delicious locally sourced pastries, homemade bread, jams, and local cheeses that were offered to me that morning. I had to depart in a hurry to catch the train to the airport and I didn't have much time to explore Como, but I absolutely will stay here again, with pleasure, if I have the opportunity to return. Grazie mille!
