My first time in Venice and i was traveling alone for a few days, and i chose this hotel. Its really really nice - modern decor, new and clean. Im not sure if i got an upgrade or not, but the room is super and everything at the mini bar is nice and free. I really had the best experience. Very good convenient neighborhood; very prime yet not crowded.

Very nice and extremely helpful staff. Had a canal right outside our window and it was fun to watch the boats go by. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the additional charge.

The location was perfect and everything we needed was within walking distance. Close to bars, cafes and attractions. The property also felt authentically Italian which helped make our Italian experience even more special! Host was incredibly helpful and will give you tips on attractions! Breakfast was great too! Try their juices!

An absolute heaven on Earth. I'm on a month-long trip in Italy and I'm staying in a different apartment every two days, none of them I remember. This one I will remember for life. From the second you get to the gate, you can see how much effort and most of all, love, these people invested into making this place feel like a home - and not only for themselves but for everyone that happens to stop by. What you see on the photos here is not enough to capture the beauty of this place. The hosts are incredibly warm people and they even drove us to where we needed to go cause we were in a bit of a rush. Free of charge, out of the goodness of their hearts. 100000/10.
