It's a small and cozy place in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. The trip to Venice takes about 20-30 minutes (not 10 like other reviews state) by train or bus. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Our car was parked in their parking across the street for an additional but reasonable price. Big thanks to the staff! I can safely recommend this hotel.

Easy to get to by buses from airport. Very comfortable and quiet. Located on bus line. Easy walk to restaurants, banks, grocery store. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. The host was attentive and kept in touch with us even before our trip, making everything feel well-organized and welcoming. The location is great—close to a bus stop and surrounded by a lively nightlife scene, with plenty of options for dining or enjoying some drinks.

Venice Rooms meet and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a delightful stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. WIFI was good and terrace was nice. Easy hop to bus to airport and into Venice. Located near Mestre RR Station and bus station (12 minute walk). Very convenient. Hope to stay again someday. Would highly recommend. Very nice staff.

Good location - located near the train station, so this place is easy to reach after a long trip. Also, it's easy to catch a bus to the airport from here. Very friendly staff. Room was VERY clean. AC was working flawlessly. There is a small market nearby, so you can grab some groceries.
