The host and staff were very nice and accommodating. The place has everything you need, it's clean, new and it's close to lake Como. There was a safe and spacious parking. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Best value for money and amazing location even though we didn't get one of the rooms with the valley view. There was free parking right next to the rooms and a restaurant just across the street.

location os great in middle of everything, the place definitely is recommended, however the issue in such location is the parking , near public parking is available (3min walking )but very expensive for 24hr (50+ €)

The property has been updated recently and was so clean, amazing central Como location, and stocked with coffee and toiletries. Ale, the owner and property manager, was so incredible to work with! He immediately reached out after we booked to see if there was anything he could help with to make our stay easier….restaurant recommendations, etc. We are a family of 8 and rented the entire property (4 rooms with a shared family room). It was perfect and in a safe location with easy walking to cafes, restaurants, and the lake. We will definitely come back with our family and stay at this incredible property! Thank you Ale for the cherished memories with our family!
