The location is in a quiet part of the city but a very short walk right into the main part of the city. Erik and Alice are superb hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed and responded quickly to any questions I had. I felt safe and cared for by Gli Arcani! This was a great apartment for the three of us - one very spacious master bedroom and an additional bedroom area. Very nicely equipped kitchen for simple meals, and a grocer two doors down. Everything was clean and worked well and more than anything was just very warm and welcoming and bright. The location was great, and right by their Duomo and museums and restaurants of this historic town. So glad we visited and we definitely want to return!

Rita communicated perfectly with us in English, and met us upon arrival to help with luggage. She then escorted us to the parking garage where they have a reserved spot, at a discount. Our room was perfect, the bed comfortable and the shower stall wonderful. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Sabina and her team run a wonderful and cozy boutique hotel.
