I highly recommend this place because of its convenient location near the train station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. They also provide a coffee machine with capsules available. There is a nice restaurant located behind the guest house that serves great pizza. The hosts are very friendly and even stored my luggage after check-out. In addition to easy self check-in.

The location is fantastic, the room is very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a family. Azi was super helpful and it was my birthday during my stay and they left me a fun surprise with balloons and chocolate. I would 100% go back to them next time I visit Rome.

The room was waaaaay too good. Better that I expected. Everything is so clean, the bed comfortable and really everything in the room is just perfect. The receptionist was too kind with us and also provided a gift for my birthday at the stay (really nice touch and kindness from the hotel). Don't look for more, this is the place you want to sleep once you come back from being outside.

Everything was perfect! The location was great and the staff were very welcoming and responsive. If we ever had an issue they were quick to address it and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were wonderful. I got lost and they walked me right to the property by phone. Check in was easy and when I left to walk about there was someone who welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable. I was travelling alone so i was a bit nervous but after talking to the lady, I was more at ease.
