Cozy B&B that met all of our needs and was very centrally located. Our charming host went way above and way beyond to rescue a misplaced phone and we are forever grateful. She provided great restaurant suggestions and assistance with calling taxis. There is a lovely terrace for late night wine, to watch a lighting storm, early morning coffee, or to listen to the bells. There is a small lift for luggage, but you should embrace the stairs once a day!

The place is very comfortable, looks very luxurious. The apartment is located in an old beautiful villa, itself is recently beautifully refurbished, with certain aspects of old fit out kept (floor tiling, ceilings). It is a beautiful experience to stay there. The rooms are comfortable, with some lux touches added (bath robes etc.). We especially enjoyed a tiny balcony for breakfast/evening wine sipping. The property was very clean. It is located just at the border of the historical centre, with a nice walking distance to the Piazza del Campo. A panorama of the centre, seen from the way, goes as a bonus (especially at night). Another bonus is the bus stop just in front of the property, where the direct bus to the train station stops. The communication with the owner was perfect and immediate.

The property was clean and well cared for. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night because it was a comfortable and good location to explore from. Despite my 4 words of Italian and the hosts lack of English we were able to understand each other well and she was very kind and made us feel instantly welcome. I would definitely recommend this place.
