The apartment was very modern and well equipped. The decor was pleasant and comfortable. The outside had plenty of space to park the car and there was an outdoor cooking area and covered outdoor patio (really nice) which we did not use because we were there late in the season. It was very close to beach access less than 200 yards away and just a short walk to town and the mail attractions.

Charming, newly renovated, beautifully decorated apartment in Centro Storico of Gaeta. The place was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing -- large, double sinks, double shower (that drained properly and did not leak!) with plenty of hot water and water pressure, and even a washing machine. The kitchen had everything you could need for preparing a meal "at home," including a gift basket with pasta, sauce, and snacks thoughtfully provided by the host. The living area was spacious and comfortable, TV had streaming services. The building was secure and had a recently renovated and beautifully decorated entrance/stairs. Entrance to the apartment/check-in was easy and remote, with accurate info provided by the host in advance. Our query to the host was promptly and kindly answered via WhatsApp. There is absolutely nothing we can complain about and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

The location was excellent - close to a main road but still very quiet. Everything that we needed was within walking distance - the beach, old town, and of course - tiella! Fabio was a lovely, accommodating host. The rooftop had amazing views of the city, mountains, and coastline - plus some clotheslines to dry your swimsuits after a long day in the beautiful ocean. I highly recommend this property if you're coming to stay in Gaeta!
