Rooms were excellent, exactly as in the photos, everything worked and was well kept. The staff were so so friendly and truthfully we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect and we were lucky to get the balcony. We are already planning another visit and would happily stay here again.

The location was very good! Close to the bus and train station and in a quiet area. The breakfast was an amazing experience. The lady at the counter was so attentive and polite, and the food was incredible.

The location was very convenient, you can walk to most of the must see places, the ferry stop was also very near, a lot of restaurants nearby, many options. The owner was kind and very helpful. He described in details how to get from the airport to the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it in the future.

It’s location right next to Marco Polo square but still super quiet. The host was super flexible and friendly, accommodated arrival and departure time. She made me a map to get around Venice and made some very useful suggestions. The room was very clean and comfortable.
