The beauty of the rooms and the alleys to the rooms is BEAUTIFUL! The location, facilities (haven’t seen such technology in a room ever!), communication, assistance and consideration! The owner Francesca and her team were very helpful with everything including booking private water taxis. This property is the one you should certainly book for your stay in venice!!!

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around while still being in a quite enough area to sleep well. It was very easy to arrive from the train station via the vaporetto (stop is 5 min away, and only one small bridge to cross). We particularly enjoyed the ground floor suite we had booked - seeing the gondolas right outside our windows was quite unique! Staff was also very helpful with recommendations for diner and excursions. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location at the heart of Venice. Close to the train station and other historic places. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, really enjoyed our stay because they upgraded our room for a small fee. Looking forward to staying again

Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!

Great location - relatively close to transportation and points of interest. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It also is a very quiet location and breakfast was excellent

My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night. We just had a quick trip to Venice and we’re looking for somewhere low-key to stay. The room was small, but perfectly fine for us. It was extremely clean. We were on the first floor in the first room so the door was a bit loud, but for our night, it was totally fine. Location was great, the staff was extremely kind. They communicated really well and were extremely professional.

Right in the center of Venice, Casa Marsilli features rooms with free Wifi. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.
