The location was perfect and everything we needed was within walking distance. Close to bars, cafes and attractions. The property also felt authentically Italian which helped make our Italian experience even more special! Host was incredibly helpful and will give you tips on attractions! Breakfast was great too! Try their juices!

Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!

For our 3 nights, the Venice trip hotel was a sweet spot. We were close to the bus terminal and in nice middle ground to all the corners of Venice. We slept like newborns and enjoyed breakfast as kids after a day out. Maybe we will look no further the next time in Venice.

My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night. We just had a quick trip to Venice and we’re looking for somewhere low-key to stay. The room was small, but perfectly fine for us. It was extremely clean. We were on the first floor in the first room so the door was a bit loud, but for our night, it was totally fine. Location was great, the staff was extremely kind. They communicated really well and were extremely professional.

Lorenzo was very helpful and responsive - he provided fast check-in, acted friendly all the time, helped with getting to know the area around. The room is new and well furnished - you have everything for a pleasant stay there (you also get the common kitchen with all the supplies). The district is also nice since it’s located 20mins away from the Doge Palace, it is not as crowded as in the other parts. You can find a lot of nice restaurants around, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. A vaporetto stop is also 2 mins away from the house, it is very convenient!

Property was lovely and updated! Elias was very helpful and kind. The location was convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows, which btw included soft and hard options for those pillow snobs ha. The included breakfast at the cafe was fantastic! Highly recommend and will book again if we come back to Venice.

Fantastic location, impeccably clean, new and with a wonderful classic Venetian style. The room has all you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they even offered free drinks and breakfast. Very recommended!
