We sadly only stayed for one night, but thanks to Andrea, we wished it was more. Excellent communication, a lovely unexpected breakfast, non tourist restaurant recommendations, and allowing us to check in early, made our stay a stand out experience. We are tour operators and would place this hotel in our world top 5 - highly recommend.

Easily the best place I have stayed in a long time. The building was a little strange ,like an office bldg but inside the room was exceptional. Correspondence was all via what’s app and never saw an employee and all responses were fast.

The staff is very communicative and available to help. My arrival was just after the closing of the reception but I was able to do my check-in electronically and received very clear instructions on how to receive my key in the lockbox. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy while the beds and pillows extremely comfortable with quality linens. Before 7pm you can request what type of breakfast you would like to have delivered to your room the next morning. I was blown away by the lavish breakfast when it arrived. You can tell the staff puts a lot of pride in managing this property and taking good care of their guests. My room faced the courtyard and it was very quiet day and night. The location is very walkable and just outside of the busy area of Verona which I appreciated to be able to enjoy all of the highlights but have a lovely and quiet place to rest.

Modern, clean, spacious room inside a bigger apartment. The room has a nice small balcony over the building indoor garden. Quiet building and neighborhood. The host is very nice and the instructions to self check in and check out are timely and clear. 5 min walking distance from train station and 10 min walking from the arena.

Natorè is little jewel tucked in very close to the center. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. It's extremely clean, elegant designed lobby and room was refreshing, and the staff couldn't be more accomdating.

The location is really convenient. It is both near the city centre and the train station. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was designed carefully.
