The room is clean and calm, we got free upgrade to larger room. The location is walking distance from the nearest Fuji bus stop (the green line) The owner is very nice. He offered us a free shuttle service to the station and to Fuji Q Highland Resort.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The host and his family were so welcoming and it felt like I was back at home. With toys to play with, the walls being covered in different artwork and colour, being able to see Fujisan in the distance when you step out of the property - definitely worth staying here if you want a place to rest but also don't want to feel alone. The bed was comfy and having individual fans attached to our bunks as well as a big one to cool the entire room was great - especially during summer. I loved the open lounge area, I was able to meet some really cool people and chill out to escape the heat during the day. Also check out Kodachi cafe and the udon restaurant nearby - I look forward to staying here again when I return to Japan in the future :)

The place the service the room everything was excellent , we were not able to include a breakfast on our booking but this hotel has a common space which is very helpful and very clean and it has kotatasu that is very warm , so we never had problem with our meal . Yoshi made pur stay really fun we sang while he plays guitar and he was really good , it was not a typical you stay in your room or drink in the bar hotel it was like we we're on our own home , we will definitely go back and we highly recommend this hotel and before i forgot on the day of our check put they packed us thier home grown baked sweet potato it's all organic and sweet and really delicious thank you yoshi and to your wife and family we will come back , we really loved our stay there .

Everything, yet the highlight was that our luggage were already in our room when we checked in. Also, I saw the staff cleaned up and changed the sheets when the guests left. The receptionists were friendly and informative too. Don’t forget to rent a bike from this property.

Everything was so good. The host was very welcoming. Lake Saiko was much more peaceful as compared to Lake Kawaguchiko. The stay was awesome, rooms were spacious. It felt like staying in a traditional japanese ryokan. Will definitely recommend.

I had such a great time today! This place is close to so many attractions and within a 5 minute walk of Kawakuchiko Station. It is especially great for arriving late at night, because they provide parking directions and a way which doesn't require a huge check in process. It is automated! I checked out this morning and rented a bike and went all around the lake! A restful night helped to give me energy throughout the day. And the room is thematic. It looks like a legendary mythical room where ancient samurai drank tea together. And it has bunk beds.
