The host was incredibly lovely and offered to drive us to Hakone Gora Park on our first day. The host also spoke very good English. The rooms were capsule-style and very clean. The other guests were very quiet and respectful. It was right very close to one of the best modern sushi restaurants I've been to. The host was amazingly helpful and very very friendly. It's quite small but it's very quaint and cute.
