The hospitality was the best. We came and were given a list of good places to eat and each of them was wonderful. Alex the host give us information about the city and the surrounding islands. The hosts were always happy to answer every question. The apartment was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. Close to a main street and train station.

Location was perfect. Access to three different rail lines nearby, several bus routes converge through the immediate area, lots of restaurants, lots of shopping, and an art museum. The hostel consisted of several floors with a couple of family rooms, and two small dormitories. There was also a shared kitchen with a dining area.

This was the best place we stayed in Japan! Owner was so nice. Made amazing traditional breakfast and even offered us bikes and drive to the train station. Would defiantly come back!

The care from the staff and owner was exceptional and nothing compared to the traditional business model. The Japanese style room was simple and meticulously clean. With the honest and truthful aim of sustainability, it follows the style of zen Buddhist belief and was built with bare minimum on purpose. But it fulfills the modern need with having a Japanese bidet equipped in the toilet and exceptionally clean bathroom and a modern sink for the necessities you expect in a modern ryokan style hotel. The reception area was comfortable and designed with care. The staff and owner was very helpful and attentive. The two shared shower rooms were equipped with the latest shower heads and extra clean and water pressure was better than any other franchise hotel than Hilton or Marriot.

Nono enjoys a location in Takamatsu, a 16-minute walk from Kitahamaebisu Shrine and 1.5 miles from Liminal Air-core Takamatsu.

I loved the kindness of the owner, he was curious about where I was from and he gave me complimentary beverages. The room looked amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Its in a great location close to the city. And the facilities were well maintained and clean.
