I loved the location and the food across the street was most delicious, the beach is right around the corner. Gros Islet is very bright and friendly. Will be going back to St Lucia next month and and staying at the same place. Close to all buses going in to town. The two cats are the cutest and the hostess is gorgeous. Bars all over the place and The Friday party is LIT.

I loved the architecture; the room is great. There were paintings around the room, which were lovely. The view and everything were delightful, as well as the delicious breakfast in the morning.

AMAZING PRIVATE piece of Heaven. Totally secluded cove with best snorkeling and private beach - 12 days saw one other person on beach. The hosts were rockstars! Travelling alone I felt completely safe and treated like family. So many amazing fruit trees right on property. Will heal your soul. Magical Sea glass on beach. Our hostess Pat was warm and welcoming and accommodated our request to check in early. Our apartment was large, spacious and had a lovely veranda for relaxing. She thoughtfully provided breakfast ingredients for us to get us started the next morning. She provided a very comprehensive welcome book with lots of good suggestions about places to eat, activities and local resources. Pat is a genuinely pleasant person who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The Royal Escape is well worth a stay.
