The best accommodation we have experienced so far in Sri Lanka! Traveling around for over a week already. Beautiful, very clean, very new and comfortable and a very hospitable host. Ashok has a lot of experience managing hotels and it is obvious from the outset - he has arranged everything very well. Also, it is close to both beaches - Passikudah and Kalkudah ones. We loved our stay a lot.

It's perfect place for couple of nights or more, we stayed only one night since it was our stopover on the way to the south, the beach is just few min walk, there are also restaurants around with delicious local food, the room was newly renovated, with good WiFi and nice breakfast, host was very nice, they helped us with tuk tuk and gave us other information about the city, thank you!

It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

Really good value for the money. Nice beach near by although it's not possible to swim there, there's small kitchen if you want to make your own tea or coffee, great cheap breakfast just around the corner and very good kottu place 10 minutes away, space for parking a tuktuk or bike. Nice, clean, nice neighborhood, owner was really nice and helpful.
