Incredible stay. Very clean and comfortable, with working AC and a ceiling fan. Both warm and cold water for the shower. Most notably, the hosts were fantastic! So welcoming and so helpful. When we arrived they drove us to a scooter rental so we could get our scooter. The one day we had to leave early to go to Sigiriya for the day and they packed us a breakfast to go. Dinner at their restaurant was affordable and delicious. On the morning we left, they drove us to the bus station and stayed with us to make sure we caught the right bus. If you’re staying in Dambulla you should definitely stay here. These may be the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had while travelling across Southeast Asia.

The rooms are really good quality, spacious, have comfortable beds, the location is good with area attractions and wildlife, and they will welcome just like family. Such a sweet family who are excellent at hospitality and ensuring you have an amazing experience. The breakfast was so good we also had them cook dinner for us!

Very kind staff, close to town, big market around the corner. It’s also not far from Lion Rock. The breakfast was perfect with big variety. WiFi works well. All perfectly organized. It’s good for short and long term. Great price, smooth check in. Very clean property.

We stayed one night in cinty guesthouse. Owner and his wife are very helpful and friendly. Foods are delicious. Anytime buses have from here to sigiriya lion's rock. Calm and peaceful place. Room and bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended this place.

Indunil, the owner, was an amazing host. Friendly guy with nice energy and commitment to make your stay a perfect one. The place is so beautiful, with a nice garden and the rooms are big and comfortable (AC included). So far the best accommodation on my solo trip through Sri Lanka. Indunil prepared a full day of tourism through Sigiriya which was more than expected. Good value for money. A place to repeat.
