The room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. Great spot for bird watching. The host family was great! Excellent and knowledgeable rainforest guide, and his parents who ran the kitchen cooked amazing meals. The food was outstanding!

Super nice place. Good place to do a walking safari because it is only 10 minutes from the entrance. The river in front of the house is perfect for swimming. The beds are amazing. And the staff will provide you with every needs.

This place is great as well as the hosts. They made us delicious food and the room they gave us was above expectations. We came here because the host is also a tour guide. The price for the tour was a bit on the high side, 7500 per person. However, this was a very budget tour for us and it was very well worth the price. Also, breakfast is included which was very nice.

Great place if you’re interested visiting the rain forest 🌳 We did two excursions, specially the day walk was very memorable, very unique experience! We recommend doing that to everyone! The cabin was beautiful and clean with a lovely sitting area. So relaxing. Food was outstanding. And the host did his best to help us with the transport, such a kind person ( we came all the way from Ella). And the shower outside was special too:) THANK YOU

Highlight of our tour in Sunharaja Rainforest! We absolutely loved doing this tour and would recommend it to ANYONE who wants to do an experience in Deniyaya area. Our guide Bandula was brilliant - super friendly, helpful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable - educating us not only on the food element but about Sinharaja in general. His wife cooked Srilankan authentic food for us and those were really delicious which is true but you will definitely come away feeling VERY full from all the tasters. Thank you again Bandula and while family- we wouldn't have wanted anybody else to show us around!

This resort is the last one before entering Sinharaja national park, so the views from the rooms and pool area over the rainforest are absolutely stunning. On our first morning, we were woken up by a group of monkeys swinging from the trees right in front of our bungalow. The resort also arranged for a tour guide around the national Park and he was brilliant.. ask for Sagarah if you get the chance :) also, all the staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time at Sinharaja Forest Resort. The location is perfect for nature lovers – quiet, green, and so peaceful. The room was very clean and cozy, just what we needed after exploring the forest. Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Great value for money if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sinharaja
