The location is not far from the downtown area but far enough to have a relaxing stay. You can easily walk to small Adams Peak and the 9 arch bridge from there. The host was a wonderful gentleman who made sure my stay was an excellent one and provided me with useful information during my stay. He even arranged my transfer to Trincomalee which I appreciated. The room itself was very comfortable with a fan that kept the room at a nice temperature as the nights are cool.Nice bed and good hot water pressure.

View is amazing. I had a small balcony facing the mountain and a waterfall. Very peaceful place. What a beautiful stay on the top of the mountains. Our room was clean and overlooked the scenic mountains just as it was described. The bathroom was modern and had nice hot water. The patio area was perfect for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best we've had in sri lanka. Host Aku was amazing. He checked in with us and communicated with us throughout and answered all our questions. Helped us get a tuktuk if we needed one cause of the rain. And helped us arrange a taxi back to Columbo. The location provided complimentary laundry service which was so helpful for us as we were traveling for a week. Highly recommend!

We loved this beautiful family run business,Gayan, Sisira and Ruban did absolutely everything for us and made us feel so welcome and special.we felt like we were at home. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was very large, healthy and delicious.breakfast made their mother.they have small restaurant.that's why we didn't have to go to Ella for dinner.we were able to have dinner the way we wanted.it's really convenient for us. Our room facing mountain view.big room with big balcony.big bathroom and comfortable bed.the room was perfect with a beautiful morning sunrise view.After going in the rooms, there was no cold. They have a tuk tuk and taxi.they pick us up from Ella station.its free of charge.and we visited Ella city, Sisira and Ruban always help us visit the places with their tuk tuk.thanks all of you help for us. Fantastic experience,would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to Ella.we loved staying in your beautiful hotel 💚

Everything was perfect! We were welcomed by the family in a warm and amazing way! Excepcional view, very clean room, great typical breakfast. Andy was always available to show us around Ella in their tuktuk, always with good recommendations.
