Excellent place to stay in Kandy. Spacious and clean room. Hot water, windows that can open in both room and bathroom for fresh air, towels provided. Kitchen available to cook meals. Free tea and free laundry. There are many sitting areas to relax. Very friendly host. He is very organized and even makes sure the trash gets recycled, which I like. Location is a bit out of the center of town. A tuk tuk is about 200 LKR from/to the train/busstation (according to the Pick me app). Supermarket at 5min walking distance. I can recommend Delight Bakery for delicious vegetable samosas (7 min walk) and they also have a small foodcourt. Also MyMomo restaurant (10min walk) has cheap but really good rice/noodles dishes.

Magical spot with extraordinarily friendly and attentive staff. The vibe is mi casa es su casa, and it is just that. Not many hotels where you are encouraged to wander in the kitchen to watch dinner being prepared. And yes, the food is excellent. So was the room, and the view of the Kandy valley from the infinity pool is not to be missed.

Everything was amazing. Our wonderful host Senaka and his lovely wife were super nice and helpful to us in all situations. Every morning we enjoyed big breakfast with a view to the jungle. We had hot shower, comfy bed, stunning house and clean rooms. Wifi is also great which is something to appreciate while you are in Sri Lanka.
