The people make the place even better. I would love to go back again and stay more nights. You can also buy cinnamon sticks, black pepper etc… direct from their farm… so it’s cheap.

My hosts couldn’t have made me feel any more welcome. They are kind and generous. As a single female traveller I felt very secure in their compound. I strongly advice you book your safari with your host. He’s a confident driver with a keen eye for leopards. Don’t think saving money will serve you well, take a private tour. The guest house is situated close to the park and near to the road the dissects the park. Take an evening safari on the road if you can. The accommodation is very clean. I found it hard to leave these lovely people.

Well, I liked almost all of the said facilities and we were on a pilgrimage and the stay was for a single night. We got all what we expected and the clean and dry toilet/ bathroom was excepcional. We all agreed on that. I recoment the property to any group who seeks basic amaneties for a calm pilgrimage.

What an incredible hidden gem! if I could stay here for a week, I would. Our hut was just so beautiful, and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Fernando and Christine are kind souls and it was a lot of fun playing music after dinner time. I watched the monkeys, rabbits, chickens and ducks get fed multiple times with fresh food in the short 24hrs that we were there - any review that doubts their care is wrong. Totally the best place to stay in the area!!

We had a fantastic stay, with our Family. Every detail this place is so well thought out not only functionally but also aesthetically. Such beautiful Old traditional Clay rooms and surroundings. The staff is super friendly and helpful and what was also super appreciated was that everything is included. We had 3 delicious meals served, plenty of drinks and the safari experience was amazing. We saw Elephant, leopards, crocodiles, bear and many other wild animals. If you are going to Yala National Park this must be the place to stay - we are quite sure that no other places beat this.
