A wonderful family owned guest house, beautiful yoga space, the best one we found in Mirissa. Lavender is clean and tidy and near the surf spots, near Coconut Hill and turtle beach as well (both best seen in the morning). We truly enjoyed our Tuk Tuk rides with Ruki. 🛺

The guesthouse has super reliable and fast internet, perfect for Google/Zoom calls, meetings, and all my work tasks—never had an issue even once. This spot is great for anyone looking to balance work and leisure. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, so no noisy parties at night to disrupt sleep or productivity. Plus, the beach is just a short stroll away, with plenty of nice cafes nearby for a kopi break or tasty local dishes—definitely a bonus for me! A big shout-out to the host, Heshan—he’s an amazing guy, always helpful, full of good recommendations, and genuinely friendly. He made my stay feel relaxed and welcoming. If I plan another remote-work trip to Sri Lanka, I’ll definitely come back here, and I'm already recommending this guesthouse to my friends!
