The owner is amazing. He does anything to make you enjoy your stay. He helped us with bookings for very good prices. The breakfast at the balcony was the best breakfast we had so far in Sri Lanka. The WIFI connection was very good. We were able to stream movies. Location was great. Close to Sigiriya rock and also to several restaurants.

I visited this beautiful property and stayed for 2nights with my group. The service rendered by The Staff and The Management Team in all departments was absolutely fantastic! The food was very delicious with many varieties to choose from. The rooms are very nice, spacious, very comfortable. Overall atmosphere of Tree Trails is simple serene from the inside - out. The garden is beautiful and Harsha was a gracious host. We had a delicious and very filling dinner for 1970 Rs. Harsha showed us the local native plants in the garden that they use for cooking. The location is close to Sigiriya Rock and even has a view of the rock from the dining area.

Great hotel! Located close to the road in walking distance to central part of Sigiriya town, but very quiet and peaceful. No noise from road or cafes, and sound insulation between rooms is good. People working here are very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, AC worked good. The territory is beautiful with pond and greenery. Breakfast is also tasty and beautifully served.

Quite simply wonderful. The host and his family could not do enough to make our stay so very special. A welcome drink on arrival was such a nice touch after travelling and very much appreciated. The food is exceptional and home cooked at a very good price including curry and rice (4 types of curry) or kottu roti or fried rice. Breakfast is amazing - Omelette, pancake with coconut and honey and fruit with a choice of a pot of coffee or tea. The room is a very good space and has a lovely outside seating area to while away the day or evening. Good location for Lion Rock and there is a local community shop 4 minutes away for convenience goods. The whole experience is in the name - Relax Nature. A very calming, tranquil and peaceful location with excellent service and attention provided by the host. Very highly recommended..

It's a room in a family home in a quiet area surrounded by nature! You will be the only guest. The room is clean with a comfortable bed with a mosquito net, also with excelent AC and super fast WiFI! This place is so much better than other hotels. Don't think twice about staying here. Lakshita and his family are lovely and kind people, always smiling, the mum cooks delicious food, the breakfast that is included is big and also delicious! The quality here exceeds the price, really. Lakshita arranged everything to go to Pidurangala, he took me to Dambulla, and also to an amazing safari where I saw tons of elephants, everything also at good price. I'm glad I found this place and I wish many blessings to this family.

The service was outstanding. As a solo traveler they made sure that I felt safe and well taken care of. Even driving me to Lions Rock at 5am so I could hike up and see the sunrise. Great food, proactive and excellent service. I really felt like I was in good hands. Super comfy bed. Cute garden. Quiet but just a short walk away from the town. This should be a three start property.
