I have had a fantastic week long stay at Atlas d castle! On arriving at the castle l was greeting by Monuior and a female staff member. They were cheerful, helpful and very caring. I was helped out of the transport and very gently helped to walk to reception, as l have a walking disability and was very stiff this was so appreciated! Access to the building was 2 steps. Quite manageable for me. Everyway else was step free and spacious. I was given mint tea and an assortment of pastries. I sat drinking my tea and looking at my beautiful surroundings. The decor the ambiance and how l was treated immediately made me feel at home. Throughout my stay all my needs were met quickly. I have to give 100% to both and . Who were always on hand to give advice on trips etc, were always willing to assist in any way, and were respectful, thoughtful and very cheerful at all times. There was more enough room for a stroller/walker/wheelchair throughout the ground floor, beside the pool and around the magnificent grounds. If you are a disabled traveller you will be safe and secure in this beautiful castle. My room was upgraded and instead of the first floor suite l was given the ground floor suite. This suite was spacious and accommodated my stroller and my walking with a walking stick safely. The room had everything l needed and the en suite bathroom was delightful! 10 out of 10 for the shower! The shower was fantastic!! There was ample space for a wheelchair/stroller. I felt the safest l had ever felt while using a shower on holiday! Everywhere around the castle was scrupulously clean. The team of ladies kept everywhere immaculate and were also very friendly and respectful. The free breakfast was filling, and the menu for lunch/evening meals although small, was tasty and well cooked. Tea coffee and mint tea was available throughout the day.

Large and rich fresh breakfast with olive oil from the garden. You can order delicious meals. Spacious property. Large beautiful garden with olive trees; fruits and vegetables grow here. You can use the private hamam on cold evenings. Mustapha is the best tour guide you could ever find. He speaks an excellent English and has even worked as a tour guide all over the country. He offers low-cost transfer from and to the airport and Marrakech, as well as tours to local markets and the Atlas mountains.

after a couple of days of the chaos of Marrakech, this place is perfect for relaxation. Food, service, horses, feeling, pool, peace,hospitality- this place has it all! Guys on reception are very helpful, thanks to them we didn't miss anything and owners are extremely nice. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. Thank you for everything
