New, beautiful building. Very clean and nicely decorated, with lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and a pretty garden for sitting outside. In a safe, quiet area close to the Medina and a quick cab ride to the city center. The family who owns it are very kind and helpful. Stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom. There’s a coffee shop, gelato, and a good casual restaurant, and two small markets less than five minutes away if you need something last minute. Glovo also delivers here. I travel through Tetouan often, so this will be my go-to when I need a place to stay.

What a joy it was to stay here! The Riad itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was great and everything so clean and beautiful. The best part of my trip was the incredible heart-felt hospitality and care I received from Abdel, and communication from Lucy. In addition to supporting at the Riad, Abdel gave me an incredible tour that has made for some of the best memories on my trip. As a solo woman traveller, it was incredibly comforting to receive that kind of care and access into all the parts, history, flavours and people you get to meet and learn about in the Medina. A truly authentic experience, im so grateful. Looking forward to coming back again! Thank you!

The people are what made this Riad special. Badhr and his mother, Zohra, were very welcoming and friendly. They took excellent care of me when I became sick and had to stay on a few more days. I am so grateful for their kindness and concern.
