Staff was very responsive and helped us with parking with their app. We booked a double room but they were booked out so they switched us to a room with twin beds and added an extra twin bed for our child which they put on the floor so it was perfect. The beds and room itself were very comfortable. The café downstairs serve very good food and drinks, especially their coffee, it was just what we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect as it's near a lot of places with good food.

The building's interior design was very beautiful. The aunty and uncle were so nice. They let me borrow their charger since mine did not match the plug in the room. They gave me an orange while I waited in the lobby after checkout. Remote control to open the front gate was a nice touch. Service was excellent, and will go back again when I visit Ipoh

Big, nice room with bathroom, very clean, in a central position. There's a night market right on the guest house street, but the room is on the other side of the building and therefore quiet at night. Important note, you cannot park the car on that street at night, but we easily found parking in the streets nearby. The host was very responsive, communication with him and the staff was great, they stored our luggages until check-in time and gave us useful information about parking and shops nearby.
