Staff was very responsive and helped us with parking with their app. We booked a double room but they were booked out so they switched us to a room with twin beds and added an extra twin bed for our child which they put on the floor so it was perfect. The beds and room itself were very comfortable. The café downstairs serve very good food and drinks, especially their coffee, it was just what we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect as it's near a lot of places with good food.

Really great place! The staff is lovely and the room was very comfortable. Location was a little bit far from the town centre, but super easy with Grad rides. We would definitely stay here again.
