Spacious 2 bedroom lodge like house on the side of a hill in North Nelson. Super quiet with a gorgeous night sky. We stayed in the largest unit that had a full kitchen and laundry plus a large living room. A comfortable stop for the 4 of us after the bustle of Wellington. Stayed after taking the ferry to Picton and then driving through wine country. Mark is a great host!

I had my heart set on Joya Garden cottage the moment I saw it, and it did not disappoint. Everything about it was picture-perfect; Paulina decorated the place beautifully; it had everything we needed and more. The location was secluded yet within walking distance from the town centre. Stephen was a great host. He picked me up at the airport at 10pm and dropped me off the next morning. The apartment was immaculate and very quiet. I highly recommend it when in need of a place close to the Nelson airport.

Everything. From the moment you walk into the place you’re greeted with a welcome sign and chocolates. The place smells amazing and the air conditioner was blowing which was great because it was a hot on the day we arrived. There was a lot of space and everything was so clean. There were also drinks in the fridge which was a nice add after traveling. The location is very walkable to restaurants and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. I felt very safe and enjoyed my evening walk following dinner.
