NetherlandsEverything 😍 the view, stuff, location, breakfasts are fantastic! The style of the hotel is also very special and makes you wanna take a picture of every corner 😄 the beds were amazingly decorated with Peruvian styled warm bedcovers, plus the heating was working perfectly! Very beautiful interior and the furniture.
I also would like to thank the hotel for allowing us to leave our baggage for a few days for free while we were in machu pichu , as well as for not charging us for the nights we couldn't make due to cancellation flights (even if it was too late to cancel for free!) You are the best!

On a previous one night stay, I had posted about not being able to get change for taxi. The hotel approached me on my return stay to explain the reasons and to offer something in return. I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to explain and remedy, and although I did not take up the offer, it shows a very good attitude.

CanadaIt’s a beautiful lodging that’s right at the heart of the historic center. I love the decor and the provisions included, nothing was lacking or overdone.
I was able to connect with the hotel via whatsapp before arriving and they arranged for a taxi pickup at the airport to avoid overpriced fees if booking from there. We stayed for only one night but I wished we had used it as a base for the rest of our trip because everything you need (wrt travel around Peru) can be arranged in Cusco.
Laundry, tours, and bag storage are also available.

CanadaI was quite happy with my stay at Luna House. Angela was very helpful, friendly and responsive. She helped book my taxi to and from the airport, provided laundry service, ordered food to the house, and was able to give me a small breakfast to go when I left early for a tour. The room was small but comfortable and clean. And the views were amazing! The location about 10 minutes walk to the square and is high up on a hill - good location if you don't mind walking uphill to get home. It is difficult to get Ubers or taxis to go there as it is located on a very small road. Angela can provide assistance to instructing drivers which makes it easier.

Carlos Guest house is perfect if you need a clean and cheap place to stay in Cusco. It's located in a quiet side street. It's super close to all sightseeing spots. It has a well equipped kitchen to use and hot water in the shower. Carlos is an incredible helpful host! Communication over what's app was perfect. We could store luggage there.
