Definitely exceeded all expectations. Everything was absolutely wonderful: from the communication before our arrival (the hotel manager reached out to us to confirm our arrival time to make sure the parking spot would be available), and he also gave us some tips about our trip. We arrived at night and he offered us beverages and muffins, and gave us complimentary breakfast (which was beyond delicious). The room is beautiful and clean, super soft sheets, hot water, impeccable and outstanding attention to detail... Just perfect. We will definitely be returning and recommending to absolutely everyone!

· The staff is very friendly - they told me what are real prices in Paracas (eg. how much a scooter rental should cost e.g.), They speak very good English. They checked the weather for the Paracas tour and booked a tour with me (so part of the explanation was translated into English just for me). The place is very well located - close to the noisy city center - but far enough to keep it quiet. Very clean and well-thought rooms with a bathroom.
