Amazing place, peaceful, beautiful nature, arranged in home and cozy style. Great entertainment facilities for kids (and grownups), good internet connection, all equipment you might need you have. even if some minor thing missing, or you forget to bring something with you, owner provides it in few minutes. Barbecue place is amazing too, again with enough space fro family to prepare and eat together. We are coming back for longer stay next year, everyone was thrilled with stay.

It was a bit difficult to find, GPS took us to the wrong location but after writing to Carlos, he waved us in. Property is well taken care of and pretty gardens. The house is very strong and very clean. Common area is comfortable with amazing view. The pool was a nice addition and we had plenty of chairs to relax and swim. Our bathroom was clean and Carlos kindly gave us extra towels for the pool. We did not choose breakfast but he was very kind and gave us coffee which was a nice gift :) His dining area was really pretty and cozy.

This property is right out of a story book. Perfectly located along the Douro River with views that go in for miles. The rooms are very spacious and well adorned. We also enjoyed speaking with the proprietor, who was willing to share his experience of moving to Portugal to start a business. All around, this was one of our favorite stays in the region.
