This is a beautiful Portuguese estate home that has been transformed into a lovely b&b while still preserving traditional Portuguese details. Best of both worlds. Although we were there during February, the mini splits were more than enough to cozy up our room. This property must be spectacular during the warm weather months. The host, Christina, is an absolute delight and always available for any questions you may have.

House is right in the center of Gouveia, and its a cozy house. The shared bathroom is always clean, and the lady that is receiving the guests is very nice. The rooms are kinda of old in terms of decorations but OK.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Gouveia, Quinta das Cegonhas is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Very beautiful and well maintained property, with a rural atmosphere, close to a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The landscape is wonderful. We were lucky that we had an excellent homemade dinner at the inn!

An amazing fireplace kept us warm on cold evenings — we spent all our time in front of it. The hostess (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name) was kind and welcoming, and helped us with everything we needed. There’s also a large parking area, so no need to worry about that. I recommend to try goat cheese at the breakfast.
