The larger villa is very spacious, was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The pool was well maintained, very clean. The location was perfect for us visiting family in Silves. Lovely quiet rural location. The BBQ and outdoor covered kitchen/dining area was very useful in April when it did rain periodically. The owner Tom was very friendly and responsive by text message. He lives next door but was respectful of our space and asked if it was ok to do work on the front garden etc.

The Yellow House provides accommodations within 300 yards of the center of Portimão, with free Wifi and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge.

Hotel was perfectly situated, 14 min from the train station and 20 min walk from the bus stop. Uber rides were under 10 e to get around. Enough transportation to get around. Room was spacious, clean, and AC unit was perfect for hotter months. Shared bathrooms were sufficient to share with 3 other rooms I never had to wait. Kitchen was functional hotel even included lil oil and salt packets for cooking. Dish soap was seen only 1/4 day stay not sure if someone took it or if it was one another guest bought and kept in their room. The stay was exactly what I needed to get around all areas while avoiding tourist traps like Lagos city.

Fabiana is a wonderful person. She is working very hard to make everyone feel good. She is also making sure everything stays organized and everyone respected. For me, this is one of the most important aspect when I travel, to feel welcome, in a quiet environment. The place is very nice and clean, also I really liked the concept of a guest house with everyone having his privacy. Common areas are a good way to meet people. Everyone was very nice and polite. The rooftop pool is the highlight of this place. It's sunny already in the morning which allowed me to do my morning yoga and take a dip before starting the day.

Great location. Very quiet at night. The rooftop had an amazing view and it was lovely to have a drink or two there. The room was very clean, with a balcony. Comfy beds, fridge and a safe. They have umbrellas for the beach, balls and beach chairs you can take with you. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely return and recommend this place 😊 Thank you!

EASILY a 3 (or maybe even 4) star property. Price was unbelievably affordable. Absolutely perfect, beautiful, modern design. HUGE “couples shower”, great heat & water pressure. Air Conditioning. Flat Screen TV, fridge in the room, gorgeous patio for socializing, MASSIVE fully-equipped kitchen for storing & preparing food. Very kind hosts, very secure property, with easy parking. This would be a great place to stay for a long term, IF you have a vehicle.

This hotel, 1640 feet from Carvoeiro Beach and limestone cliffs, is peacefully set apart from the bustle of Carvoeiro fishing town. It has a lush garden and an outdoor swimming pool.

Abilio and his staff were superb and alway very helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. The Hotel was Perfect, spacious, quiet and with the most Wonderful Sea View at the outside of our room and at end of the hotel gardens looking over the cliffs. The Breakfast in our room was Fantastic value and a real treat to add to our relaxing holiday break. Taxi’s into Alvor were only €4 if you don’t fancy a walk along the boardwalk into town. If the weather is either too hot or a little cloudy then there is lots to do inside including snooker, table tennis and board games.
