The location and views are amazing. You are right next to the beach and the street is lined with restaurants and small shops. The room we stayed in had a nice view of the beach, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is also wonderful. Given that this is only a 3 start hotel, we were very impressed overall.

Very hospitable and great staff, always willing to help. Super nice and clean rooms for a couple. Good location as well, 5 mins walking distance to the beach. Overall, I was satisfied with my overnight stays at the Pedro house and I totally recommend!

Location, owner hospitality, cleanliness, all 10 point! In the Tomis boulevard, many restaurants, coffee shops are available. Close to the sea. In the historical area. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. All made me very enjoyed.

The room was beautiful in the best possible location. It's in the center of the Piazza with a balcony overlooking the square. Walking distance to the port and beaches as well. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well.

Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!
