I loved the setting, the warmth of the owners. I felt like arriving home. I'm walking Via Transilvanica. This lodging is a bit away from the trail. The owner can pick you up and drop you off at the start of the trail. I highly recommend it for a few days' stay. The food was delicious and fresh, all made at home. It has a nice bathroom with a great bathtub. After a long hike, it makes all the aches go away.

The cleanliness! Impeccable. Also a very good pillow. The food! Delish. Must ask for it in advance, please do. It is a quiet property, you can see the Via Transilvanica from the balcony, great location for hikers. Nice garden and nature views. The host, miss Nicoleta, is a hospitality treasure, a nice presence, non-intrusive at all and with a lot of benevolence for every request we had.

The room was wonderful, perfectly clean and warm with personal heating control during the changeable weather of April - this is the highest rating! In addition - the house has a great location and a high level of customer service! Small problems with the Wi-Fi were fixed by the owner personally within a couple of minutes of my request. The terrace, located in the common area/kitchen and overlooking the local shops, is a real gem for exploring the more unique culture of Romania, sipping coffee or tea and listening to the friendly conversations of the locals, while looking out at the mountains and the magical nature of this region. My top recommendations!
