The owner was amazing! We had issues because of our flight and the owner looked out for us, caring above and beyond for our safety and wellbeing. The hospitality was above anything I have ever experienced, and it is great to see actual people caring for their guests as genuine human beings. This is the best experience in Serbia, highly recommended for everyone!

Everything was great! This place definitely exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great! The host is lovely, always there to help and a real superwoman :) We enjoyed staying there and we will definitely come again.

The hotel is located in a pleasant location near Petrovaradin Fortress. The staff is friendly, everything was explained and shown, the room was good, there was everything you needed, I definitely recommend it

Everything was clean and new, or has been kept polished, there's a store right across the Vila, and generally everything is close, the beds were very comfortable, the AC did a perfect job considering it was really hot outside.

Prime location, spacious room and bathroom, really nice breakfast. There's an option to book private parking (but tbh, it's slightly cheaper to get fined for not paying the public parking - if the spot can be found nearby, which is a big IF). The staff is really forthcoming and friendly.

We've booked this place based on the reviews of others, so we didn't know anything about it in advance. It is located in the very center of Ruma, so if you want to go for a walk everything is close and you can easily do it. The breakfast included with reservation is nice addition and it's tasty and plenty. Staff is very communicative and helpful (we've forgotten something in our room, called the reception, and they checked the room and arranged for pickup with just one call). The room was clean and heating was great (as our visit was during winter). We will definitely return to this place, if we find ourselves in Ruma again!

Gorgeous setting right on the Danube, full breakfast with Serbian fry bread, very large rooms, great shower, very hospitable, ground level rooms and free parking. Quiet and peaceful in the morning and evening, beautiful road to get there, not too far from convenience markets and other stores during the daytime. Love the pool and hot tubs and deck, yard, tables looking out on the Danube. Luxury for sure Staff was very helpful and other guests were kind and welcoming.
