Really great spacious family apartments! The hosts really friendly! They gave us some snacks and bottled water for our trip as a gift! Great breakfast! Sadly we didn't taste the pizza they are offering in restaurant area.

A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.

The personel was so welcoming and helpful. I had to choose between rooms. Perfect spot for relaxation. Very clean and feeling very much like home. I will definitely come again and ask for the same room that has amazing view and privacy.

Everything was great, the communication via messages was very good and quick and the host was very polite and attentive. The room was so cute and we even got like a complementary tea which was adorable. The location is a bit outside the city but walking distance to the center. It took us like half an hour which isn't a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely come back again.

I have stayed here quite a few nights, and always enjoy my stay when I do. The rooms are modern, spotless, very quiet, well-maintained, with plush pillows and soft-towels. And if something should need attention, Greg, owner/manager of 4 Flats is quick to respond. I also like that it's a family operation: Greg, the son, takes care of the business side, while his mother and father tend to the housekeeping and general upkeep. I have met them all several times coming and going, and they are very friendly and appreciative. Another thing I love about the place is its location. Outside my window is a small park, on the other side of which is the beautiful Slovenian National Theater, which hosts an ever-changing program of affordable opera, dance, plays, and other forms of cultural entertainment, all within a fabulous performance hall. The theater has a lovely, elegant cafe that operates independently and is open six days a week. A short walk from 4 Flats is Rooster, a great little coffee shop where you can enjoy homemade pastries and get a cup of filter coffee -- not easy to find in Maribor. Just up the street from 4 Flats is Good Morning Vietnam restaurant, which serves delicious Southeast Asian food. And just down the street from 4 Flats is the town square, will all that it has to offer. So, combining the quality of the accommodation with the quality of its location makes 4 Flats an ideal place to stay.
