This hotel/pension is very basic at a good price. The staff is very nice and helpful. The staff can tell you about this wonderful town. They were very open and friendly. The staff is only there when the restaurant is open- lunch time. Otherwise you are on your own. The location is very good. The pension is right near the main square. The restaurant is very good. The pension is near the Danube cycle way and many cyclists were staying here for that reason.

We paid 8 euro extra for aircon, but during a 37 degrees heat wave, worth every cent!! The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a little fridge, kettle and tv in room with some instant coffee. After a long hot hot hot day cycling, it was just bliss to be in aircon to sleep. They allowed us to bring our bikes into the property (in a pathway with a locked door to street. Safe enough) As others have said, decor is big hunting vibes. Animals hanging everywhere. If that disturbs you you probably will not like staying here.

I would give an 11 out of 10 to the hotel if there wasn't a wedding on Saturday eveing so we couldn't sleep the whole nigh and had ruined the next two days because of the lack of sleep. If they closed the door so the music would not have been so loud - because of that it is an 8.... Otherwise the facilities are super nice, the room was extra big and very cozy. The sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean. The bed were extra big and nice to sleep. The restaurant has great and delicious food. The staff is nice. The property is located in a semi remoted land from which the view is spectacular.
