Man at the reception was really nice and he helped us plan our trip to Tatra mountains and also warned us about potential dangers and told us where to find everything we needed in the town.

the walls of the pension between the appartments are super thin!!! like I heard everything happening next door, and I spear the details! the staff help, is AMAZING! though! It should be specified that the check in, is to be done through the restaurant, because the check in was a bit complicated.

The hotel is newly renovated, located in Martin city center, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room is great for a family with children.
