Jackie was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. It's true what everyone says the included breakfasts are Delicious, great variety & good serving sizes, we had a very early start one morning & Jackie kindly packed us a breakfast to go. It is an older building & doesn't have all the amenities of some other accommodation but I'm more than happy to forgo those in favour of a very well priced accommodation with a kind host that goes above & beyond to make you feel "at home" Real milk for the tea & coffee that is available in reception all day. Our room was spacious & clean it was up 2 flights of stairs but that meant it was nice & quiet. The air conditioner was very effective. Toiletries were provided & I like that they were big bottles - more environmentally friendly. Wifi in all areas & was good no drop outs. We had some laundry done which was very convenient as we left it with Jackie & she returned it to our room all washed & folded the next day. Good location we walked to the Saturday & Sunday markets. Hopefully we'll get to visit Chiang Mai again & will definitely stay here again if we do! Thanks Jackie 😃 from Sally & Rob from Sydney Australia

Everything was excellent. The host and the staff were really attentive, giving us recommendations and info about the city. Good breakfast, different each day; two mornings they prepared it early for us so we could have it before going on tour. The beds are very comfortable, hot water in the shower. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean.

The owners of this property were just amazing! They helped me with everything and were so nice and kind.. The location is just 5 minutes walking from the bus station so it's very nice if you are looking to sleep next to the bus station. The room was very clean and comfortable! I really recommend this place, I spent there only the night and went early in the morning, but I really felt like at home (:

It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.
