The place is building since 1936 with so wonderful vintage architecture design. The owner always take care the house so everything looking clean and new. Feel comfortable with big place and big room. Around the house has garden so feel fresh. Good breakfast and at the downtown.

The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.

A fabulous stay in Chiang Rai with some of the more comfortable beds we've had in southeast asia. Walkable to the night market. We were also able to book scooters as well.
