This has been our favourite stay in Thailand so far!! The whole experience of staying there was lovely because the hosts are so kind and the property is really cozy and welcoming. They are really genuine people who help you out getting around and with recommendations, they also offered us a ride when they had the time - we ended up staying an extra night because our other accommodation got cancelled last minute and we enjoyed it so much we decided to spend some extra time there 🙂

Grounds are beautiful and our accommodation was spacious and perfect for our large family. The tranquil evenings having a beer on the deck were perfect. The owners were amazing. Yve and Dieng could not be more kind and helpful. They helped with local attraction suggestions including restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and We all felt at home in this oasis. One of our favorite places to stay.

Everything! The location was central for walking, but away from the busy street so very quiet. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the comunal area for eating. It was a beautiful view of the river. We booked a double with a fan and we were so happy to have operable windows with screens. The fan was perfect, not too loud and very efficient. We hardly needed hot water because the weather had us wanting cold, but there was an easy to use hot water system for the shower. Free refillable drinking water, coffee and chocolate in the morning was also deeply appreciated. The hosts were available if we needed anything but left us to do our own thing. They really respected our privacy in their space. The value was perfect for what we received. One of the BEST stays we’ve had on Booking.

This place is so special - it simply eases your stress as soon as you arrive. The accomodation is simple, spacious, clean and in nature. The tea house that serves breakfast is situated by a river and has such a peaceful atmosphere that it is hard to peel away from it after breakfast. Location very central, many restaurants, 7/11, bars, tour operators and bike rental- basically all you need. 15 min walk to the night market. The bed was so comfortable it was amazing. Good AC and fan, clean room and bathroom. Noot and the staff are very friendly and nice! They waited for us to arrive late (23:00) from the bus station!
