I liked the view and the terrace .Amazing sunrise m.They had 1 and 1/2 bathroom, shared with 3 rooms. No stairs , which was super convenient for me. The owner was very kind and managed the property very well. It exceded my expectations. I liked the complete kitchen, and the kitchen high sits with the view for eating or working . I made good friends with the other 2 guests.

Great location right by fresh pond. Really nice house. Great room with an awesome bed. The host was really off the charts awesome, just made the whole thing one of the best stays ever.

This is a beautiful room in a great location. The space is very spacious, beautiful and well appointed. We had clear and prompt communication with the host. We enjoyed our start a great deal.

The room and facilities were clean and modern, and the room had more than enough space for all of my belongings, perfect for an extended stay. I appreciated having a desk for my study. The new and efficient washing machine and dryer were a bonus and a lounge room that was spacious and comfortable to relax in was truly appreciated. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owners via booking.com chat, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

The place was exceptionally clean, and the host was warm, welcoming, and kind. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood—ideal for anyone looking to explore the Back Bay Area. I especially appreciated the convenient access to public transportation: just a five-minute walk to Bus 39 and the Heath Street Green Line. This made getting around the city very easy. The location is also about 20 minutes from the airport, which was a plus.

Great location.... Close to transit and restaurants. Marc the host kept communal kitchen well stocked and even made pancakes and cookies for guests. Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed staying there very much.
