From the time we arrived we were made to feel welcome and the continued for the four nights we stayed. The rooms were awesomely decorated and the beds really comfy. As mentioned in other reviews the elevator was something you don’t get elsewhere and added to the charm off the place. Excellent location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We would have stayed there again on our return but sadly being popular it was booked out. But we will again when we go back to San Francisco. Very happy 😊
