The guesthouse is new and charming. It is located at the very convenient location - we can walk to all attractions. The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Most importantly, the family who runs this guesthouse is very kind. We were allowed to check in early and checked out late. They provided nice breakfast and efficient transfer service. We're glad we found this place. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this guesthouse.

Extremely caring hosts, a totally new house with excellent facilities, a full kitchen (if you ever need one in the land of amazing cheap food), and good location close to Old town Breakfast is freshly cooked every day, way too big for us, and delicious. On some mornings the hosts invited us over to their house, and we dined like emirs, surrounded by hand painted wall decorations, done by the hosts ' son. Wifi perfect- one evening I had a 2 hour meeting and the line was excellent throughout. water fountain available, no plastic garbage! Cannot recommend enough (tip: close to the house there is. small market which sells incredible home made kefir, in jars you are expected to return, like in good old days).

Excellent stay in a family-owned hotel. Staff was truly friendly. If you get there, make sure to book a tour with the daughter of the family. Her dream is to be great guide and she will provide a great service. The room was very comfy. The location was excellent. Breakfast was complete and delicious.

Located in the maze of narrow streets just on the outskirts of old city and jewish quarter, the guesthouse allows to get to the very center by walk in only 5-10 min either via Sallakhona gates and Arabon street if you happen to turn right from the exit, or via Namazgokh and Al-Gazali streets if you happen to turn left. Both paths offer ancient buildings along the way. Absolute value for money.

A lovely host family, and a very clean and comfortable room. The location is very close to the main sites in Old Town Bukhara. Breakfast was delicious and generous. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen, which is much nicer than having to rely on water bottles.

We had a lovely stay here. Rustam was very kind—he allowed us to arrive early in the morning and even let us settle the payment the next day after we withdrew some cash.
