Amazing location. Near to all touristic places. New building. It is near to the street but there wasn’t any noice at the night. The owner of the guesthouse and the administrator are professionals and welcoming from the first moment of stay. The best breakfast in Uzbekistan with fresh fruits, omelet, sweet, etc.

This hotel is a rare find. The bed was so comfortable, wonderful breakfast, and an amazing host that was so helpful. It was right beside Samarkand's main sites, but located on a quiet street. I could have stayed there much longer.

Breakfast was exceptional! Location is great, everything within the walking distance. The service and the way they took care of us, it was top notch. The room set up is not like Guest Houses, it’s like 5 star hotels. Will recommend to anyone who wants warm family service with great location.

Great family and the owner! Perfect location, 3 minutes just behind the Amir Temur Mausoleum (Gur-i Amir Сomplex) and the view from the terrasse. Very good breakfast.
