all the staffs are very kind and friendly. Also the room was super nice. Everything was perfect. Even though I arrived at the hotel like around 6am. The gate was closed. But soon, someone came out and open the gate for me, also I paid bit more for ealry check in. location is good. easy to get grabs. close to Vin bus stop. can walk to Kingkong Mart without any groceries. I recommemd. 다들 친절하고 좋았어요. 큰 멍멍이 귀여워요. 길고양이가 맘대로 들어와서 살고 있대요. 샤워기는 두 번의 필터 처리 후에 물이 나오기 때문에 샤워 헤드 안 바꿔도 된다고 하더라고요. 한국인들 많이 바꿔 쓰고 걍 갔나봐요...ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 말고 다른 숙소에선 별 말 없길래 바꿔 썼는데 매우 깨끗한 물 나왔어요. 그랩 잡기에 위치도 편하고 근처에 먹을 만한 식당도 어느 정도 있고 킹콩마트도 걸어갈만 했어요 근데 어차피 빈버스 정류장이 코앞이라 그거 타고 가도 돼요. 야시장 갈 때도 빈버스 타고 가면 되고 여기서 센트럴 구경하고 숨어있는 리조트? 이런 곳으로 이동하는 거 딱 좋아요.

친절하고 친절하고 또 친절했어요. 친절이 모든 걸 보완할 수 있었습니다. 레스토랑도 같이 있어서 좋았어요. 맛도 좋고 조식먹고 체크아웃하고 중식도 먹었는데 맛있었고 할인도 해줬어요. 베트남식 화이트 커피 추천이요!!!! 세잔이나 먹었다구용~! 킹콩마트 가깝고 (도보이용), 예쁜 해변도 완전 가까와요. 아이들이 안떠나고 싶어했어요 ㅠㅠ

Really helpfull and friendly staff !! Spacious, super clean and confortable room. Modern toilet, magnificent shower with hot water. Good and complete breakfast. Great location : calm place, 15 minutes from the center by scooter. We highly recommend!!

Eco Lagoon is the piece of heaven in Phu Quoc, the oasis you need in the middle of the madness. The whole villa is unique, it has a special design, but what made us feel really good were the people who work there. I talked to Chau even before our first night's stay, she provided us with free transportation from the airport, and the driver waited for us and took us to the villa even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. At the villa we were awaited with a delicious dinner, although it was very late, and all the days we stayed there we decided to have dinner because it was great every time and we simply left ourselves in the hands of the people there who cooked great and gave us a Michelin star restaurant experience. Not to mention the lagoon in which the villa is located, in which you can go kayaking, with which you can reach the beach by the sea, where you can see the fishermen who spread their nets and who fish day and night, where you can admire a sunset spectacular. Chau and all the staff made our stay a very pleasant one, we felt like children being looked after by their parents. Thank you for all your care and for the fact that we could experience such a unique accommodation!

Very convenient location, so close to all the activities that we enjoyed. Staff was very helpful. Make sure you eat banh cuon for breakfast/brunch, fresh made everyday, they were gone fast.

First of all, the place is private - there is only one building for rent with two rooms and a kitchen in the middle, which makes this a perfect getaway! The kitchen is fully equipped (also with a washing machine) and other appliances you can think of. The room is clean, fresh and beautiful - there are two types of blinds - totally blinding ones and see through ones for the day time (info for the light sleepers). The bed is coooooomfortable and the pillows so fluffy that a good nights sleep is guaranteed! Also the AC works so well, keeping you very cool on a hot day! The garden is huge and the pool, sunbeds and everything else mentioned, make you not want to even leave the premises. But the best part of this stay was the Host (yes, I meant to write that with a capital letter, because she really is the hostess with the mostest). Upon arrival I was greeted so positively and was even served a small welcoming breakfast. I was made known of how everything works and if help was needed she will always be available. She helped me rent a motorbike (which was delivered to my door without me having to go anywhere). She recommended places to see and was always very active to make my stay there as welcoming as possible. The room was kept clean every day and after my 6-days stay there, I felt like home. If this isn't enough, then the most beautiful beach I have seen in Vietnam (Bai Sao Beach), is on the same road about 5 minutes by motorbike. The city part is around 8 minutes by motorbike. So it is private yet so close to everything. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in this kind of establishment and I would recommend anyone to go there and feel what a great vacation feels and looks like. Amazing. :)

The location was O K as scooters were cheap to rent so you had access to different resorts, and beaches. The manager was outstandingly helpful and accommodating, in 20+ plus years of travel I have never met a manager so willing to help

We had a lovely stay. The room was beyond expectations. It was very clean and comfortable, with a huge bath tube. And everything was brand new. The owner was really nice and offered us constant support with anything we needed, including a free ride to Sao Beach. Thank you so much!
